Perfect location. Perfect place to stay, very modern and clean

Honestly this family suite was perfect for me, my partner and my 2 year old daughter. Very clean, modern and I was very impressed from the moment I walked through the front door. My daughter really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Air conditioning was ideal for hot weather is well. I wish I had stayed longer than the 2 nights. Thank you

Willshaw suites was absolutely exceptional. The best accommodation I have ever stayed in. From the location, to the decor. To the cleanliness absolutely out of this world. Myself and my family will be back.

The quietness and everyone in one area. Very cosy Clean and comfortable bed.

The stairs after a night out but was our choice 😆 No sea view from our room but that was okay for the purpose of our visit

Everything! Great location, stress free break in a thoughtfully designed luxurious apartment, perfect for a couple. Excellent communication with the hosts throughout the booking process. We stayed in the Glass House which was available for checking in earlier than we had requested for our 3 night break. We were really impressed with the cleanliness & quality of everything from soft furnishings & bedding through to cutlery & crockery. The kingsize bed was really comfortable, the mattress was just firm enough for us. The carpets were clean and plush, and there was just the right amount of bedroom furniture so the room still felt spacious. Lovely compact bathroom, fabulous walk in shower with plenty of hot water & nice fluffy towels. The bathroom had underfloor heating. The kitchen area was very well equipped with integral fan oven, microwave, dishwasher & fridge with a small ice box. Dishwasher tablets & washing up liquid were provided along with cleaning cloths and brush & vac. The living area was very comfortable with a modern L shaped sofa bed and plump cushions. There was a huge smart tv on the wall with and abundance of channels...I now want a new TV!🤣. Fabulous bay window with French doors opening out on a balcony with seating and artificial grass, pity it was too wet and cold to sit out during our stay. Sea & Tower views. Communal areas were spotless, pin entry on doors so no faff with keys which is always a winner.

Nothing. If I was being picky I'd say a coffee machine, although I did bring my own.

The property is beautiful, it literally has everything you need it was such a lovely comfortable stay! 1 minute walk to tram, parking free at entrance it was great! Would highly recommend and Louise was great with communications/early check in etc! Thankyou for a wonderful stay x
