A little noisy from upstairs rooms and got locked out on the 2nd day because the keypad locked us out of the apartment

The place was fine and clean

Unfortunately the people staying above us were arguing all night, shouting and throwing things, carried on till 2am, started again at 4am till the morning, I feel your sound insulation could be improved. Also the description of how far away and steep it is ftom the town should be made more clear
