Little Nook Apartment

The location was good. Parking and garden were helpful features.

The carpets were grubby, it stank of smoke, the single bed was very old and mattress blown. The shower was faulty (it was hard to get the button to stay on).

I thought the apartment was a little tired and this could easily be updated. There was dirt that appeared on the window sill in the lounge everytime you opened the door. The radiators were rusty and broken. The tv cabinet was also damaged and could do with being replaced. It would also be helpful to have some information about the apartment and the area within the accomodation.

Good things - Location Parking space

Smelt of mould/damp. Even has a dehumidifier running in the lounge, so they know about this. Bedrooms and wardrobes smell so damp that the smell got into our clothes. The shower worked well for 2 days and then stopped working, you had to hold the on button for it to work. We were meant to stay for 5 nights but left early Very expensive for what it is. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend unless they deal with the damp issue.

The location is perfect for just popping to the beach ,or the bars and restaurants. Felt like a home from home ..

The shower doesn't work very well. Needs fixing . The place is bit on the damp side .

It took almost 60 minutes to gain entry because Booking.com had not sent us the Door Code!! The shower did not work on arrival and was not repaired till the following morning. When fitted the new shower only worked intermittently unless the on button was held on. No instructions were left for the new shower! Light bulb in the lounge was replaced by the electrician but a bulb in the double bedroom was broken and not repaired. The toilet flush was very poor.

The appartment is situated at walking distance from the center of the village

The appartment was very small, not cleaned properly (sand in the sleeping sofa) suitable for max 3 persons because the kitchen and kitchen table are too small for more guests. When we entered the appartment there was a distinctive humid smell. Owner suggested to go to another appartment and he would send somebody to clean. We did not see anybody.
