River Cottage Hot tub spa

Loved the location beside the river.The cottage itself was very clean with a lovely comfortable bed and a large shower.Would thoroughly recommend it for a peaceful relaxing stay and would love to go back again sometime.

Beautiful place, clean, silent and very friendly hosts.

Even if you try very hard, you can't find anything negative.

Properly was clean and warm, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was very well stocked with equipment, we had everything we needed for a very relaxing weekend. It was very peaceful and a beautiful view of the river. Location is very close to Loch Ness and takeaways and a well stocked co-op around 5 minutes drive away.

It was a little chilly when we first arrived but it warmed up very quickly once we turned another heater on so this wasn’t an issue.

Bed very comfortable ( specially after driving +8hrs from my current location to get here) having a nice bed to rest was out of this world! and all the linen freshly clean smelled amazing felt like a warm hug of welcome waiting for us in the property, was an experience home to home that was amazingly easy to settle, ( I’m not easy to do this when I travel even on 5stars hotels) and rest from day one, the scenery is wonderful we had the privilege to observe so many wildlife (even in winter) we be-friended a red squirrel and so many lovely birds. We will definitely return. Landlord was very caring and welcoming.

Keys were left where we were expecting them. Catherine 7 John have an amazing property in River Cottage, the location is stunning and soooo cosy especially as it was minus 4 outside. The river views amazing, views amazing. We want to come back when its warmer and just sit by the river with a glass of wine and chillax. Was so worth the 7 hour drive from York north yorkshire. We will be back

Nothing to not like

A decent sized cottage with comfy bed and great location close to the river .A nice seating area outside where you can see and hear the river .Lots of birds to see and red squirrels.

Absolutely stunning location, exceptional property. Was made to feel very welcome, and would definitely recommend. Hoping to revisit
