I have stayed here so many times, perfect location, free parking, flexible checking time, very clean apartment,

Comfy living space and easy access

Lack of thinks like glasses and toiletries, drafty windows

Kitchen, the only normal part of the apartment.

I seldomly leave negative comments, but the quality of this apartment stretched my patience to the limit. 1. The door and its lock have been forcefully damaged but not completely fixed. Anyone passed by could see through the apartment in the hole. 2. The lock of window in the bedroom was malfunctioning. No lock for the balcony. Not only traffic noise from the main road was annoying, anyone could easily get into the apartment from the balcony and get into the bedroom from the window. Felt really unsafe. 3. As described by previous guest, trash was still left in the balcony. Seemed to be ignored for quite a period of time. 4. Ventilator in the kitchen was very noisy, felt like in a production plant. 5. Light bulbs in the corridor and bathroom was missing/burnt. Very dark. 6. No amenity provided, except for a few drops of hand washing liquid. 7. Low water pressure due to the ridiculous setup of the faucet (seriously it violated the laws of physics), inconsistent water temperature. 8. Mouldy tub and silicone. 9. Unresponsive owner, very difficult to communicate. Not quite understand the dramas behind the high score, which misled us to this unlivable apartment. I would have given it ZERO if there is an option here.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment

Entry instructions were inadequate/wrong. A bit of a struggle to get into the apartment. Car parking instructions were none existent and the car park fob did not work.
