"Exceptional"

The apartment just fitted the bill perfectly. 3 extremely large double bedrooms, and an open plan living room with great views over Bath. Anne Marie has thought of everything you may need, with a few nice extras. Ideally situated for a break in this beautiful city. I'd recommend the nearby Landrace bakery and restaurant, not cheap but worth every penny.

The property was massive and clean. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! This was our 4th visit to Bath but this time with extended family . Anne was very helpful throughout and presented us with lovely surprises :) I would highly recommend this stay for a bigger family and if they are visiting fr first time, prime location too!

"Great location and comfortable stay close to Bath centre."

location was very good. The apartment was lovely, spacious, airy and clean.

The mattress in front bedroom upstairs needs replacing as it was a little uncomfortable. Upstairs guests were very noisy, not something our host could manage but I thought it worth mentioning. Parking is an issue as with all of Bath. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. I thought it was a little pricey for three single ladies for 2 nights.

It was a home not a house! Very nice furnishings and a beautiful morning light from the big windows! Very cozy big space in the living room and very nice large bedrooms! Lovely touch the decor and very practical the water closet downstairs!

"Good company, clean apartment."

Nicely presented.

Beds too soft, you could feel the springs in the mattress, hence not a good nights sleep. Road side of building noisy from traffic.

"Excellent place to stay in Bath."

Spacious, spotlessly clean, great location, amazing view, very well equipped, thick fluffy towels, easy access, good communication with owner, great advice re parking.

One bathroom between 5 of us was tricky but manageable with the extra toilet and basin downstairs.
