"Disappointing"

Location was good, though noisy/busy but as expected.

Dirty. Filthy bathroom, mold in shower and had to clean dried 1/2 from toilet before using. Rugs, floor and furniture were dirty, cat/dog hair on everything. Additional "cleaning charge" added to rental fee but clearly the owner does not spend it on professional cleaning.

Excellent location. The apartment is bigger than expected, it fits 4 people comfortably. There are lots of restaurants, pubs and stores in the area. Easy walking distance to most of the attractions. Royal Mile is just outside the door.

A bit of traffic noise at night, would recommend ear plug if you are a light sleeper. The apartment has a washer but would be nice to have a dryer as well.

"Wonderfully located apartment in the heart of Edinburgh's Royal Mile."

This apartment is perfectly located to explore Edinburgh. Everything is within a convenient walking distance and plenty to see and do on the way to the key attractions around town. The property was clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. It had a modern, homely and safe feel to it which made our stay that bit more enjoyable. Would stay here again.

Shower temperature was inconsistent and uncontrollable. We were unaware that this property was "self catering" and needed to supply our own toiletries.
