location very good and facilities provided generally very good. off road parking appreciated.

Did not receive entry code for keysafe though owner said it had been sent. Provided when I phoned him on arrival. extra pillows would have been good, also disappointed that no tv provided

This is a brilliant place to stay. Modern, clean and everything you need. If I go back to Canterbury I will stay there again for sure. Communication with the owner is great. Kitchen and bathroom are clean and modern. Checkin/out was simple. awesome to have a parking space. I would call this the gold standard in hosted accomodation.
