Exceptionally well equipped property. Selection of teas, coffee, milk, cereals and other condiments also provided. Sauna is a great bonus. Plenty of space. Very comfy super king bed and spacious lounge area. Lovely outdoor space with the table and chairs, and bbq. Highly recommend!

I only write reviews when it's very bad or when it's very good. This place is beyond exceptional. Don't think I ever found a place mire welcoming. I was seriously worried my wife and my son would not want to leave in the morning. It's a small heaven, made possible by the exceptional host, Julie. 5 stars overall, everything is so clean, so well organised, everything is quality, everything is so welcoming. It really makes you doubt your own home. If you look for accommodation around Loch Ness or Inverness and you miss this place, you ruin your trip /holiday and you don't even realise. We were impressed. 10/10

Fabulous quirky apartment in a great location situated at the rear of the main house. Plenty of natural light floods in and the sauna & projector tv were just the icing on the cake. Julie, the host was excellent. Very welcoming providing sufficient provisions of tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, yoghurts bread and butter for an overnight stay. I contacted Julie for some local information a week after our stay there and she responded promptly and enthusiastically. Couldn’t praise this one enough
