York Heights @ Ryedale House

Excellent location,just a short walk to all York has to offer. Parking security very good. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

Apartment not cleaned when we arrived,even though we were told it was still being cleaned when we arrived in York early and phoned ahead to see if we could park early.The "Welcome pack "was just bits that the previous occupants had left.The oven was very dirty as were the very old trays to cook on. Old food had been left by the previous occupants,for us to get rid of,unfortunately no bin bags were left in kitchen.Ensuite shower room was very smelly and dusty.The only window in main room was broken so no chance of fresh air,fortunately there was a fan that we could use.The stools in both bedrooms were rickety and dangerous so couldn't be used.We have stayed in this apartment block before and found it excellent, thats why we chose it again. This apartment however was just not on the same standard even though the price point was the same.

There was a bad smell in the en-suite shower room Radiator in the bath en-suite wasn’t working

Location was spot on and views were great.

Someone previously left rubbish in one of the cupboards and did not dispose of it before they left.

Everything was amazing. Clean and excellent location. Very boutique like and well kept.

Location. Luxury feel, welcome hamper was a lovely touch x

Apartment was amazing, great view, everything you needed was there. Close to shambles and the shops.firsr visit but so much more to see.we will be back again.people so friendly.

poor design of shower tray meant water went onto bathroom floor when in use, some furniture eg bedside tables and dressing table stools were not assembled correctly, no drainer for sink when washing dishes, lack of wardrobe & storage space in second bedroom
