7 The Oaks was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. It had great facilities and was very practical with our 18 month old. Peaceful setting with nice country views.

We liked the size of the property We liked the two big sofas and set up The property is situated between lots of different places to visit We liked the fact that the property had a hot tub - we just never got to use it as we were so busy visiting other places We liked the fact that there was an on-site pool, but again, we never used it as so busy

It was a great base, but personally, I would like to be in walking distance to the sea We would have liked more wardrobe space in the main bedroom We would have liked to have had something in the shower to put out shampoos, conditioners, and shower gels in instead of low on the shower tray. There was black mould in the shower and bathroom....didn't look nice We would have liked some more information sheets/booklet that we could pick up and remind ourselves of things we had to do or where we could find places and times of the pool etc Nothing major and just a thought, but it would have been nice to have a welcome board/sign

A beautifully presented property in a quiet setting. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing break. Appreciated the owner calling in advance to provide additional information about the property and the local area. Would love to return and would highly recommend.

Lovely Lodge, excellently looked after site. Nice & peaceful & relaxing.

Had trouble with the French doors, struggled to get them closed, looks like they need to be adjusted.

Easy access to the property without needing to give an exact time. The hot tub was lovely, a real extra treat. Beds were comfortable The property was clean and lots of space The children’s toys were super sweet! Washing machine/ tumble dryer v. helpful Beach extras ( spade/ wind stopper) Dog and children friendly ( enclosed space) Use of the communal swimming pool/ gym on site

Bedding not cleaned- old bedding from previous guests. Had to ask the host for the cleaner to return, who was rude and didn’t believe us ( there was hairs and blood stain on the pillows) no post check back from the host which was disappointing. Would have been nice for the cost of the accomdation to have had a small welcome pack with Milk, butter, bread ect. Shower and shampoo/ conditioner would have been nice BBQ pack- available at Sainsburys
