Luxurious Two Bedroom Apartment with Private Parking

Apartment was spotlessly clean, well decorated and comfortable enough for us as a family with two adults and two kids, the outdoor area is a nice bonus. Location is close to Perth centre and the nice paths and parks at the North Inch.

If I said anything it would be too picky

well located, quite, clean, modern and well decorated. Easy communication.

Exceptionally clean. Quality fittings and fixtures and equipment. Great location for walking into centre and good to have off road parking.

It wasnt exactly what I would call a luxury apartment from the outside. It's a converted semi detached flat. Maybe I should have done a street view from Google to see the property. The rear terrace garden is overlooked. However neighbours above and attached were quiet.

Apartment easy to find. Parkinf opff-road spaces. Bus stop very near by and same with location of large supermarket.

Minor really. The TV de-tuned/de-coded itself on the last night and owner had to do a factory re-set on it agfter we left.

The property interior was excellent. Lovely comfortable double bed in bedroom 1.

The 'South facing garden' in need of some tlc and is not at all private. The single beds in bedroom 2 were very narrow and not comfortable.8
