AB11 Apartments - Portland Street

Comfy, convenient.

Great location, well appointed apartment. Comfortable beds. Well imsulated as we didn't hear the trains. It was good for what we needed as we had to travel to Aberdeen at short notice. Good communication with owners, although we didn't meet them.

The car parking was very narrow and with two massive cars in the other spaces, it was not easy to park. But we appreciate that there is free parking available.

Great location, just a short walk from Union Square. Large flat with 2 good sized bedrooms. Very comfortable and warm.

I stay in short term accommodation very regularly: especially in Aberdeen and this is by far the best one I have found yet all round. The location is ideal if you're travelling via train or bus, or want walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the property was absolutely spotless when I arrived (I can be picky about cleanliness so that's off to the cleaner!) It's really roomy too - often places can feel quite small but there's plenty of space in this flat. Everything is in GREAT condition, & you have all the facilities you need including dishwasher, hairdryer etc, plenty of storage & a bath was the bonus! The beds are super comfortable & it's really quiet even though the property is located on a main road where the train station is right in front - the bedrooms are on the other side so I never heard a thing in the evenings - usually I wear earplugs every night as habit, but I never needed to here. The water pressure is great too which in my experience has been few and far between in other places.The internet connection is great too - I work online & do lots of video meetings so this is crucial for someone like me. This is a VERY well kept and maintained stay, the finishings are immaculate and I cannot speak highly enough of the host. Michael is super attentive, efficient - fast responses were always received and he really went out of his way to check in as well as ask if everything was alright and take care of things. I have personally never rated anywhere a 10 yet until now, there's nothing I can or could find to give it any less than that score. I will definitely be back again!

Clean, organized, and safe apartment. Wonderful view, close to the city center and the train station. Highly recommend.
