Charming Old Town 2 Bed Apt, 2mins from Royal Mile

Location: Just a few steps from the Royal Mile. Cleanliness: Perfect clean apartment and bathroom. Furniture: Comfortable beds, cozy living room, kitchen fully functional. Noise level: Very low.

It's not a complain, but the apartment is at the second floor so there are two sets of stairs that can be complicated if you have heavy luggage.

Location was excellent. Beds very comfortable and generally very good all round

A welcome pack such as coffee and sugar would have been nice 😊

The property was nicely decorated, modern and clean.

The apartment is spacious, clean and in an unbeatable location. It's on the Royal Mile but just a bit below the most crowded and touristy part, so it wasn't loud at night, even in the bedroom on the street side. The pub next door was a great place to relax, eat & drink after long days of sightseeing.

The hot water system wasn't the same as it had been at the time they filmed the instructional video, so we had some trouble with it. A short additional video would help!

It was very well appointed & spacious. The beds were comfortable & the shower was good.

We were a bit disappointed to find 5 lots of steps to carry our suitcases up. 2 ladies in their 70’s was a challenge!! Think it would be a good idea to have a welcome box with tea coffee & sugar sachets which we have found in some places. Clear instructions for the washer dryer would be helpful also. We were not familiar with the one in The apartment & managed to wash the clothes twice & had to hang on clothes rack!! Guessing added to the adventure but might be an idea to consider putting clear instructions there.
