"Definitely a splendid Yorkshire getaway!"

We loved our stay here, Andy & Crystal were great, offering lots of local information & recommendations for places to eat & things to see & do. The cottage is clean, comfortable and in a great location, the view is stunning and the canal is just at the bottom of their road. A relaxed 20-minute walk along the canal takes you into Todmorden where there are plenty of cafes & restaurants. Our car didn't move from the minute we got there till the minute we left, we walked everywhere and there's a great train service if you want to visit any of the larger towns & cities nearby. We'd definitely stay here again.

The property was really lovely, totally spotless and with everything you could need for a short stay. Andy was an absolutely amazing host and despite not getting the opportunity to meet in person was brilliant with communication with local info and generally checking we had everything we needed

The location was scenic and quiet,- very relaxing. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to make us welcome. We appreciated the home made cake, and we were quickly brought a heater when we mentioned feeling a bit cold! We enjoyed the large smart tv with lots of channels. Andy gave us a lot of information about the area which was very useful.

What a stay! Extremely welcoming, cosy and relaxing house. No request was too much. A ‘belting’ time had! This place should be double the price.

Lovely and comfortable, warm and clean. The hosts were great; helpful and communicative and very friendly. Gorgeous location and a lift to the station on the last day! I had a great time. :-)

Lovely cosy little place had everything we needed and great location. Andy very helpful only downside was no private parking as my car got damaged on street so proved a very expensive stay!

The property was absolutely beautiful so comfortable and relaxing. The views were stunning We could not have been made anymore welcome by the owners. A thoroughly enjoyable trip and excellent location
