nothing really, if had to critique there was only 1 toilet roll and we had to purchase more. everything was good.

We like how central the property was and how clean and smart it was. It was fairly well equipped and it was nice and warm

The instructions for the parking were a bit unclear. In that when we went to the car park we were advised to go to the signs all over the car park said that you have to have a car parking ticket or you could get a fine. In our communication we were told that we didn't need a physical ticket because there was a number plate recognition camera in operation. We looked all around for the camera and there wasn't one. I then rang the contact details and was told that they Beacon Quay car park was actually closer and we should go there. We did and we parked there but there was no number plate recognition camera there either. When we got to pick up our keys it was explained that the parking officers have a hand held computer that they check people's registrations to make sure they have a permit. I think this should be explained better so it's more clear because it was worrying to think that we might get a ticket. When we got to the apartment we found that there was no toilet paper at all in the apartment. I sent a text and it was immediately responded to and within 10 minutes the toilet roll was delivered to us.

Location, proximity to transport and shops, walks around marina and beach zreaz

Stairs very steep and narrow so might not suit everyone as no lift and this apartment is on 3rd floor.
