"Better than I expected"

Property is located in a nice neighborhood, host communicated promptly and well. Property was clean, with WiFi, TV with apps, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Couldn’t have asked for more in that location.

It was dirty and smell of cigarettes and urine , broken sockets chairs and fridge drawers no privacy in the bedroom people can see you from outside through the blinds

Worst experience in many years of travelling. We arrived at 4 am, were ordered a room for 3, but got room prepared for 2, and were told by stuff to use the sofa. Sofa was broken and very uncomfortable. The water heater in the shower is difficult to adjust, giving water that is too hot or too cold. Bead linen with spots of fat. Got towels only the next morning, and only 2 for 3 guests, and we had to wash them. Owners now accuse me of making £200 damage.
