Number 9 Rosemorran

It was great. No complaints about anything at all. Faultless.

Can't think of anything. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

- Great view. Walking distance to St Ives waterfront area, shopping, restaurants. - Lovely, comfortable 3-bedroom apartment. Beds were good. Kitchen was well-equiped. - Good prior communication with owners who provided plenty of recommendations, advice on things to do etc. - Quiet area and apartment complex. - Off-street parking.

- The trade-off for the great view was the uphill walk from central St Ives. It wasn’t an issue for us but could be for guests with mobility issues or small children. - The ensuite shower was very small.

It was lovely clean relaxing only fault was stairs

Great 3 day getaway, less than 10 min to town centre shops and beaches. Messaged the landlord as we arrived early and responded within 2 min. Great spacious apartment with great views.

Location, parking, view, cleanliness, en-suite all good

Hole/weakness in main bedroom floor, beds very low and poor mattress (could feel all the springs). Drafty windows and doors. Main bathroom very small. I felt the apartment had been finished on the cheap with beds and lounge seats leaving a lot to be desired

The apartment was in a great location with parking, which in st ives is definitely needed. Was a great place to stay and only a short walk to the beaches and shops/restaurants.

The views offered at No.9 are some of the best around. The flat came fully equipped with a smart TV, washing machine, fridge, pots and cutlery. The showers have a good pressure and the rooms are spacious with one offering a lovely sea view. It is located in close proximity to the town center and has a parking bay available on site for use. One of the better places to stay when visiting St Ives.

A big let down for all 4 of us was the bed quality. The beds at No. 9 do not provide a good night's rest. They are the worst beds any of us have slept on. The only other criticism are that the parking bays have very poor marking and numbering (due to weathered paint) so it can be a challenge to find the right bay.
