Lever St Central

Excellent location. Excellent communication with host. Comfortable beds. Everything that we needed, was available in property.

We were.a large family group and the property was very close to all the city centre amenities we needed.

The flat was tired and grim in places. Although nine can sleep there ( 3 double beds one room and 2 in other) minimal room throughout flat. Would not have been room to do breakfast for everybody. Very crapped space. We had to wait outside for a tenant to open door to let us access flat . The lady questioned why we were going in and did not appear overly happy to let me in which is probably understandable. A notice inside saying Airbnb or holiday let not allowed which caused some anxiety for us. Sone areas in flat in poor condition, rotted wood at windows, smell of damp throughout. Not overly clean. The underground car park had homeless people who appeared high on drugs and my daughter felt very nervous going to get her car myself and son accompanied her and 2 men were leaning on her car and were quite intoxicated and intimidating.

The property is in an amazing location, it’s great having the extra space to cook if you wanted to (not that I did), it’s like home away from home in regards to facilities. The host was great and allowed early and late check out.

I would say the place just needs a thorough clean as the odour of smoke/musty is the strongest I have ever smelt and I am well travelled. It was over bearing- but I mentioned it the host and she tried her best and provided two candles. There was stains over the sofa which I would say need a good clean. I didn’t feel comfortable with all the signs stating no airbnb or holiday rentals when accessing the building.

Beliggenhed.

Enormt dårligt indeklima pga fugt. Ingen udluftning i de 2 badeværelser. Tydelig mug i alle vindueskarme og på badeværelserne. Det ene toilet løb med meget med vand og virkelig dårlig kommunikation fra udlejer. Strømmen gik i lejligheden den sidste morgen kl 07 og ingen respons fra udlejer. Mærkelig måde at komme til lejligheden på hvor vi ikke har adgang til hoveddøren og skulle afvente faste beboere og nærmest snige os ind når døren blev åbnet SF faste beboere - Mærkeligt !

The apartment was disgusting — mold everywhere, a terrible smell, and clearly not maintained. It felt unsafe and unhealthy to stay there.”

Origionally we were given check in instructions which, to be fair, were really good but the host met us in the car park which was much easier for us. The accommodation was 2 mins from where we needed to be which was great.

The information didnt say we would have to share bedrooms. 1 bedroom has 2 doubles, the other has 3 doubles. Not reallly satifactory for our group. It was a bit disturbing to find 2 people sleeping under our car the next morning.
