Village Green - Kingsbarns

Good communication from the St Andrews team. Beds set up to suit us. Comfortable beds and good living space. One en suite room which was excellent. Parking is easy and safe outside the rear of the house. Easy access for St. Andrews and the Fife coastal villages.

The second upstairs bathroom is just that. No shower. Downstairs has a shower though, which was used by the other guests.

Very confortable, clean, bright and well maintained.

No shops around but Crail and St Andrews are very close and provide anything you need.

We spent a fantastic weekend at the Village Green Kingsbarns from 18 to 20 July. The house is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated throughout. Plenty of storage for coats, shoes, luggage etc. It was great to have washing machine pods, dishwasher tablets, cloths etc and we used them. The property had good parking to the rear and was only a 2 or 3 minute walk to the Inn at Kingsbarns for dinner. It is a great location, even for St Andrews as it is only about 7 miles away. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean home, modern and quiet village. Perfect for family holiday.

It is a very spacious, modern property in a great location close to the beach and St Andrews

Clean and comfortable and quite. Instructions were clear. Not much around Kingsbarns (although there is a nice pub a minute's walk away). But a good base for exploring the Fife coast.

A little rudimentary. I was disappointed that there was no "welcome" pack. The tea and coffee provided was basic, why have a coffee maker but not provide any pods? This isn't cheap accommodation, so I think the owner should do better.
