The Jockey Room Hideaway

Very quiet, lovely space, unique accommodation set above horse stables. The room had everything we needed, including milk and breakfast items and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The view from the accommodation was nice, green fields with horses. The host checked in with me before arrival to explain the location and what to expect and was very helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and would stay again as good value for money. Thank you :)

It was busier than expected

A great find for a local wedding at Peckforton Castle. We loved the quirkiness, perfectly cosy place. Decor was luxurious and very well thought out with subtle jockey theme. Very tranquil apart from the occasional country noise such as the cockerel and the horses in the morning which personally we loved! Plus a very friendly cat. Generous supplies for breakfast including eggs from the resident hens.

The property was perfect just what we needed as we were at a wedding at nearby Peckforton Castle. We were greeted by Tim who was very helpful even loaned my husband a belt for the wedding as he’d forgotten his! Breakfast included which was great, perfect beautiful views. Spotlessly clean thanks very much to the both of you would highly recommend.
