The apartment itself is fine. Quite modern and nice but the front room is loud when trying to sleep. We had an issue getting the keys due to an admin error where we were sent the wrong code. The helpline that you call to sort this is, ridiculously, based in California, so it took them an hour to get in touch with someone local to get the right code for the door. In fairness, an apology bottle of fizz and beers were left on the door the next day but it seems like an unnecessary faff.

Have the helpline call someone local and helpful instead of someone in America.

Spacious, clean, super communicative and flexible hosts. Loved the location and the patio!

The dryer. It didn’t dry well, we couldn’t get it to unlock, finally (after two visits from a very nice guy to help) figured out to let the dryer sit for 10 minutes and then it would open. Might want to put a note about that!

"Excellent location, nice property, great hosts."

It wasn't to bad but I didn't have the code right away but was very easy to contact the property manager.

Everything was great, back patio could be cleaned but we were very fortunate and had sunny weather everyday so were able to enjoy it.
