Spacious Belfast City Centre Duplex Apartment

Location was great .

Some parts of apartment needed updated or repaired , flooring was not in great condition, some door handles needed repaired or replaced.

Perfect location. Very Comfy beds.

The only thing needed was a fan. Due to the location being so great and central having the windows open meant the night times were quite loud.

Apartment was meant to be self check in but there were no keys in the box on our arrival causing a significant delay in our check in (1.45 hours). Rang and text number given. A lady eventually appeared in the car park and handed us the keys without introducing herself or giving any kind of greeting and left immediately. (We found this bizarre!) We requested a late check out as check out time is very early at 10.00 am. This was declined due to another check in at 3pm. We had been happy to have a broadband installation go ahead during our visit (not ideal but were understanding of same) but combined with the disappointing check in, we felt greater effort could have been made to accommodate us with a late check out and or acknowledgement of our difficult check in, time lost to us and the impact on our original plans. One or both would have been appreciated. Apartment was very nice but some door handles, fixtures (came off on use) & dishwasher need attention (on button didn't work so couldn't use).

The location was perfect, very near to town centre. Comfy beds too.

The Wifi kept dropping out. Couldn't get Internet signal in bedrooms.

access to the flat was a bit trouble.
