Great location. Nicely laid out. Parking and facilities were good for a disabled person, apart from the bathroom.

If the shower had had grab-rails and if there had been a grab-rail beside the toilet, it would have made our stay with a disabled guest better. the apartment was advertised as suitable for someone disabled, and it was indeed all flat with no steps, but the bathroom was not really suitable. A bathmat or non-slip tiles in the shower would have been ideal.

It was easy to collect the keys The location was perfect, the town itself was super quite, historical, safe and peaceful, just for a rest The host responded our concerns immediately which was very nice

Perfect size for me and my family, twin bedroom was great for my two children, everything was clean, all mod cons and felt very luxurious.

Small issue with shower which was rectified in a timely manner by communicating directly with hosts. Noise (walking about, shower etc) from flat above but that can't really be helped

It was clean, well located and had everything you could need.

I couldn’t find the recycling bin and the note said not to use the pub one - it was probably me being blind tho!

Location was excellent for what we wanted as we like to visit houses and gardens in the area.

The property was just what we wanted but could do with a fresh coat of paint now.
