1 Fox Studios

It’s the 3rd time we’ve stayed here as it’s a perfect location to visit a lot of the market towns in the area. We usually visit early December when the Xmas markets are on in places like Bridgnorth and Ludlow. Much Wenlock has 4 pubs, even though it’s a small town, really cosy and welcoming places. There’s also an amazing butchers and pie shop, both usually open at 6.30a.m because they are sooo good and popular!

The location is good. It is quietly situated next to the Fox Hotel.

The weather was very cold when we stayed. The underfloor heating was preset understandably with current fuel prices. Apartment generally warm but the bedrooms were on the chilly side. Cleaning of some kitchen equipment could have been better.

Accommodation had everything and more. Really comfortable beds. 1 minute walk into the beautiful village.

Sadly my daughter had to leave as allergic asthma reaction to air freshers/ reed diffusers that we put outside,she had to return home. My son and I both had irritated throats from them. Oven needs a thorough clean and underfloor heating times extended as cold

Location is perfect for the town facilities . Kitchen was well equipped . Bed was comfortable

A bit of noise in the car park at night from the Hotel/Pub but hardly worth mentioning- it didn’t bother us at all

The property was easily located and very convenient for the lovely town of Much Wenlock. Everything we needed for our stay was available at the property, and the location was quiet (even though it was next to a pub). The owners were very responsive and helpful with our queries.

There was a slightly amusty/damp smell in the bedrooms, (possibly coming from the wardrobe/furniture in there, which are lovely but old 🤷‍♀️!).

Nicely laid out property, good facilities, good location for easy access to the Fox inn.

Couldn't get any tv channels to work, so had to use iplayer to view anything, property could probably benefit from some redecorating in the near future as looking a bit worn in places.
