great size for our group nice to have a lounge area and be able to bring our own drinks

check out was a bit early! rooms need some updating floor boards are very creaky

Great location, basic but clean and tidy. A little noisy as you are located on the dual carriage way but compensated for by the central location.

Spacious, plenty of bathrooms and allowed all members of the group to congregate together in the living area.

Noisy doors & creaky floors kept many of people awake during the night when others got up to use the bathroom.

Unfortunately for a large group in Chester this is basically your only option. So I understand that they can charge whatever they want. But over £1000 for rooms smaller than a hostel is expensive. Property was not cleaned well. Shower gel was empty. We made it work but I struggled to eat there. Do not look down the side of the sofas unless you want to have nightmares.

found it a little tired, shower didn’t work , on a busy main road but close to town.. for price paid just expected a few nicer touches and earlier check in .. 3pm and someone knocking on the door at 10am to get us out. expensive for a 7 hour stay
