Host was brilliant communicated really well house was clean comfy and exactly like the pictures

Windows were really dirty, no toiletries

To be honest, totally unhelpful host. Did not respond to emails and would not confirm how to access the property until check in time. I was then on my daughter's hen weekend so funnily enough did not see I had a missed call. The so=called code is for a lock box and you need to understand that when he posts photos on the message you are meant to these are the clue to where the actual lockbox with keys might be. Couldn't sort and had to wait more than 45 minutes while we waited to get through to booking.com It was the second call to them in a day - not what usually happens when I book. I did get a small refund from booking.com but apparently host declined. Very poorly equipped for a so called luxury apartment - not even a wine glass and someone else's gunk in the shower plughole. Location is good but don't expect a good night's sleep if it rains - there's a sort of ventilation shaft on another property and it is very close to Broad Street which makes it very noisy. Couldn't access the balcony. Due to the issues getting in to the property we missed more than an hour of my daughter's hen night - very disappointed but on the day host just wasn't bothered.

The apartment is near a beautiful center, near Arena And have a supermarket in front the Street. All clean, And have all the stuff that you need. Amazing

Close to city centre and lots of parking nearby.
