What is not to like? First of all the location is perfect, 1 1/2miles from main road down stunning Cornwall lanes. However, this main road is main link into Newquay and A30. Perfect position to visit any part of Cornwall, while its own location is in perfectly quiet countryside. Easy Parking close to annexe, key available from lockbox then into a perfect kitchen with everything you need if you wanted to cook (but why would you with some of the best Cornish restaurants close by), tea and coffee available after your journey and full sized fridge to store your milk in. Then upstairs to a huge lounge with amazing views, couple more steps into a bedroom that overlooks the lounge. Very comfortable bed and next door an incredible bathroom with amazing walk in shower. For those that need internet connection there is Starlink internet and it's fast...very! Owners live in main house but they are available if you need them but you are left to you own devices. Both Liz and Dave are full of amazing information if you need support. What I can say is how quiet it was at night and limited light polution so the stars seemed to be even brighter. What else can I say...just stay it's amaing and can't wait to visit again.

There is nothing to dislike, my only comment would be maybe wouldnt work for disabled in a wheelchair but the stairs are not full stairs and there is space to move around.

Our favourite stay anywhere. The spotless annexe, which is beautifully designed and the perfect peaceful spot to relax in the garden. The friendly welcome from the owners and location to coastal walks. We would quite happily move in! 😊

Fantastic area, clean and inviting. Quiet and surrounding areas sublime

Hosts were very friendly however not intrusive. Property was brilliant, well decorated, well equipped and the surrounding areas were lovely.

Lovely little annexe in beautiful surroundings. Chickens were delightful. Comfortable bed, great sofa, good shower, fast Internet and very clean. Didn’t see the owners and we were left to enjoy the space.

Not ideal if travelling by motorcycle, but nothing else to dislike.

The Tranquil setting and quirkiness of the Annexe layout and closeness of all amenities and hearing all the wildlife sounds around us early in the morning and driving through the ford on entry was just so different

Parking area to the Annexe was unclear on arrival as sign on Tree was to small and would of benefited from being lit up as we drove into private area by mistake.

We loved the house & gardens. Very quiet & great place to stay. Very clean.

If anything,blinds on the front velux windows, didn’t wakes us up,but was quite bright on a morning. A bbq & table & chairs to enjoy the garden would be great.
