The Annexe, Tregoose House

Lovely rural location, very pretty and quiet spot. The whole appartment, more like a small house, had everything I needed and was modern, clean and very comfortable

There's nothing to not like here. The only suggestion I'd make is to provide a full length mirror.

We enjoyed our stay at Tregoose House. It is such a quiet and peaceful location. The Annexe is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It was good to get away from the crowds in the Cornwall coastal towns.

The lane in is quite narrow and can be a bit tricky to negotiate at times. Otherwise everything was lovely

We loved everything about the Annexe. The bed was very comfortable, a very large bathroom including a great shower. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances. Liz, the host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and rescuing two tired travelers.

There was nothing we didn't like!

The setting of the accommodation was so peaceful and it was nice to get back to it after the craziness of some of the places in Cornwall. The accommodation was spotless and the hosts were helpful and friendly.

The lock box was easy to open once you found where to go. Good knives and pots and pans, clean, bright.

The amount of stairs wasn't clear in the listing, 2 flights to the bedroom plus 3 more to the bathroom. The lounge (not like the listing)was covered in a dust cover like you would put down for grubby children, not paying guests. The listing indicates there was a terrace with lake views and an outdoor dining option, none of which we saw. It also indicated there was 'chocolate or cookies' to enjoy...none were found.The bed is a double and perhaps this is normal for the British but not what an overseas traveller would expect..very small.

Beautifully presented Annex to a very impressive house and grounds. Quality furnishings throughout with plenty of home comforts. A real gem of a place at an extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

The tranquility, the lovely natural garden, sweeping lawns, big trees & little lake, the clean, tidy, modern apartment, comfy big bed and very well equipped kitchen. Perfect in every way.
