Firstly and foremost we loved the bed. It was enormous and very comfortable. The property was spacious enough for two and had a lovely back courtyard ( well we liked it!! ). Property has all mod cons and generally in working order. We feel the property is well located for going out and about and we enjoyed the historical aspects of Perthshire.

Nothing big but the tv was a little bit fiddly to get on and off although it really was a very teensy weensy problem. Also access to park your car takes a bit of care as it fronts onto a two lane road but we got round it ok.

Good location. 10 - 15 min easy walk to city centre that said we wernt in a rush. Didnt have breakfast spent a lot of time out. Lovely secluded private patio and plenty of Sun
