Sunnyside View - 1-bed Apartment in Coventry City Centre

The property is fine, just that it was not the indicated street, it was not the indicated entrance and then, when I got to the apartment, I found everything perfectly clean, very comfortable

location very near I have been very careful with this property because since I arrived I realized that it was a jewel in the center and very well located, but as the days passed the place was super noisy from the street and when we turned on the washing machine the floor vibrated in such a way so that it seemed that the house was falling without exaggerating, and the washing machine walks around the apartment, it also makes too much noise and then the cherry on the cake the Lord who gave me the keys, the manager of the property, will deposit the deposit of 100 pounds that he asked and with good will and complying with the rules of the house, he tried to charge me for a water leak on his property and make me pass it off as a burn, which would bother me a lot, and as I usually take videos of the apartments or hotels and videos at the exit to verify damage and always have proof the manager sends me a photo of the leak that is when I contact Booking.com to send my videos of entering and leaving the ap to rtment and adding the photo that he sent me and there we realized that he wanted to take our money for something that was not our fault, the truth is that the feeling of scam left me very marked, therefore I never return to this site again, Little tact for customers and I didn't like this attempt to take advantage of guesses. Fortunately, I'm a Booking.com customer and they were the ones who solved my bad time. I don't recommend the site. Customer service is lacking a to City Center

This property was perfect for this work assignment, it was very central. the amenities really good within walking distance to property

The messaging for access to the property, about the gate needs to be clearer, i.e. turn the handle and push the gate not key in the PIN at the gate, details about the shower, pull the longer string in the bathroom to get the shower working, details of how the oven works

Excellent. We are completely happy to stay in this apartment when we come back in January 2023.

The hosts were lovely! The property was beautifully furnished and cleaned to a high standard!

It's just like the photos a pleasant surprise 👏very clean & modern. Great location for getting into town. The car park is a minute walk 24hr stay either £1 or £2 🤔. It is next to the university but I didn't hear any noise. I would definitely return & recommend to friends. Overall I give it a 5/5⭐

15 mins walk into town. Free parking. V clean. Lovely bed.
