"Love, love, love!"

We loved everything about this apartment, it was great for our girls trip. The views were gorgeous, I have recommended this place to friends and family already.

My only gripe would be that with up to 10 people staying there it would benefit from an extra toilet (not necessarily a bathroom, just a toilet) and it seems there would be plenty of space to put one in, maybe on the second floor of the apartment?

"Weekend in Belfast"

The location was perfect for our group to enjoy our long weekend. The balcony and indoor space gave beautiful views over the river and was very spacious for the seven of us. There were five full bedrooms (2 double and 3 single) as well as the mezzanine.

Spacious and was spotlessly clean. Great location with stunning views of the city and hills. Wine and crisps on arrival were gladly received. Service from Laura and team were brilliant with communication from start of booking right through to departure. Nothing was too much trouble. The emails received were really helpful and clear to understand all of the instructions to access the building to make our stay effortless. Definitely would book this accommodation again.

"Great location and river views; some aspects of the apartment complex need maintenance."

Easy to collect the keys; the check in instructions regarding the car parking (and access to the parking lot) could have been communicated better by simply stipulating that the gate Fob was actually in the apartment and one needed to go to the apartment first to collect the gate fob to gain entry into the parking lot. Also, a drawback for the property is only one car space so if you have multiple vehicles be prepared to have to park off site/some distance away. You have to essentially park on the sidewalk on arrival as there is no public parking immediately adjacent to the gate/apartment parking lot.

The amount of trash and rubbish outside the entrance and where the refuse bins were (overflowing with trash) was disgusting and not a good impression for anyone visiting there or indeed living there full time.
