Central Belfast Apartments Pottinger's Quay

The apartment was amazing & really spacious for a group of 5 friends - as we all had a bedroom each.. Location was great for seeing all the city has to offer & easy walking distance to all the great pubs. The views from the apartment are lovely - over looking over the river. Communication has been great with Central Belfast Apartments & they were super helpful letting us drop off our bags when we arrived early, meaning we could see some of the city before our check-in time without having to carry our bags around with us. Would really recommend for groups of friends or a large family.

Not much not to like - really great place. There was a sight issue with a noise coming from the pipes when the water was running sometimes, but I did report it to the letting agents & they said they would get maintenance on to it - so I’m sure that will be fixed asap.

Great, spacious apartment. There was a bottle of wine and crisps left out on arrival. Only negative was the coffee machine not working, all the rest was great. City center is just a short walk away.

Amazing Newly Decorated property. More than enough room for our group (5) allowing us all to have a room each . Four decent sized doubles and one more than adequate single. Furnishings were better than expected and gave an air of luxury . Every member of our group said the beds were so comfortable and sleeping was not a problem . Showers are at a set temperature. And towels / toiletries provided . Views overlooking Belfast were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the river at all times of the day and in all weathers. Bus and train transport are within a five minute walk away and Belfast has a very good system . Central Belfast Apartments who manage the property have been exceptional and have answered any queries very quickly . I would thoroughly recommend using them . My security deposit was refunded day of departure and although they had said it could take 5-10 days was back in my account the very next day. All in all an enjoyable visit and would be glad to return.

Wi-fi and Tv was occasionally temperamental but not enough to spoil our visit

The apartment was lovely, however it was just a bit far from the city centre for some of our party. It was clean, quite, safe, and overall great. An information pack with a map. Bus stop, shop, locations would have been good and a Taxi Number!

One of the bathroom fans didn't work, and the floor outside main bathroom has some water damage/ wooden floor is soft!

Oven did not work, Ice maker not working, pillows too small, needed more towels. dust under beds, plumbing makes noise

Flat was spacious and spotless, with plenty of kitchen gadgets, utensils, super fridge and freezer etc. Mattresses were on the soft side but comfortable and nobody reported any difficulty sleeping at night. We all felt safe and at home, location was really good, just a short walk across the bridge to the town centre.

An extra main door key would have been helpful as there were 7 of us and only 1 key, and trying to co ordinate everyone's plans was difficult at times. Also outdoor bin area was overflowing attracting lots of wasps

It is amazing and above expectation. Can accommodate group of 8 easily ! We had great fun being there with this brilliant view

The apartment was very clean, extremely spacious and perfect for a holiday. The facilities were brilliant and it was near a bus stop in order to easily get into the city centre. The instructions for when we arrived were simple and easy to follow and we had a brilliant stay.

We loved our stay so much but if we had to choose something to improve, it would be to fix the tap in the kitchen as it made a loud noise every time it was used.

Everything.

We felt the space upstairs could be put to better use. Another bathroom would have been great as we were a party of 6. However it certainly didn’t spoil our stay.
