Good value for money and location is great. Dishwasher tablets were provided which we appreciated.

Some small damage in the bathroom specifically, but everything functioned so wasnt an issue.

The location was amazing and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. There were such lovely touches like Cereal for breakfast, milk bread for toast.

Nothing

The location is just perfect. We were there specifically for the Beatles stuff to do in Liverpool (the cavern, Beatles story, etc) and it was fantastic to be able to walk from the train station and into the city centre within 10-15 min. The attention was fantastic and very considerate with us. Amazing for a family. Just a bit busier than we thought, but then again, it is very close to the main streets.

Location was just a short walk from loads of bars and restaurants.

Very noisy all through the night. Heard every footsteps in the apartment above and loads of people congregated on the street below throughout the night. Not sound insulated enough to stop enough of the noise. The back bedroom had a noisy Aircon unit just below it that kept us awake through the night. Not an apartment for sleeping in Beds had plastic sheets under the main bed sheet like what you would use for babies.
