The apartment is spacious and contains everything that you need for a comfortable stay. We made use of the kitchen, and breakfast items are provided; you just need to buy some milk. An excellent selection of tea and coffee-making facilities was provided. The beds were comfortable, and a fan was provided in the bedrooms. The bathroom is clean with a good shower. The location is great for exploring Liverpool's city centre, and an Uber can be obtained within a few minutes to explore any other parts of the city.

Reasonable value for money

The stairs very steep. The main bed sinks in the middle. May require replacement.

Easy access and clean Central location

Bathroom door didn't close to or lock which is not what you want when you are with friends. Bathroom needs some tlc with a shower that's a bit more powerful. Bigger bath towels would have been nice. The noise from air conditioning units in the back bedroom going all night.

Brilliant location right in the city centre (opposite the bombed-out church if you know Liverpool!). Responses from the host to our questions were always very prompt. Plenty of room in the apartment and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom door did not have a workable lock so needs fixing. But this was only a very minor issue.

- Hosts were responsive and friendly - The kitchen is well equipped and they had left tea / coffee, cereal and bread for us (thank you!) - Rooms are good sized, plenty of room for 4 people - Easy to get in to the building using 2 door codes - Location is good, but...

- the location is also prone to drunk people outside causing a scene and waking you up! The street noise etc isn't too bad (even in the "worst" room for noise I would have slept through with no issues), but we had a group of drunk people congregate outside the main door and bang on it repeatedly as it's on the street. Not ideal. This happened to us on a Saturday night (but not the Sunday night). - the sink in the bathroom is small and there's not much storage space to put your toothbrush / toiletries, and it would have been good if there was some shower gel available in the shower, but these are minor things.

Central location, close to shops and sightseeing . It is close to road, didn't open window so not that noisy. It is on a bus route. You can hear a generator from the shop downstairs from the back bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower. Flat is on top floor , no lift. Not suitable if mobility poor. Host responded quickly with questions. For us the location was an advantage so for a few nights the road and generator was not a problem. There is also a flat below, one night the stairwell was a little noisy as people arrived and left, realise our host has no control over that. .
