The complimentary parking stated was not advertised as 200 metres away, and when you've just bought a new car, you're not going to leave it far away. The tables were sticky, and honestly, this place is more aimed at youngsters, not families. Plus, there's mould in the skylight. Im sorry to say we actually didn't unpack and stayed at the premier Inn instead.

Location was the only positive out of my whole experience..

45 minutes to gain entry to the property, rude host on the phone me and my husband had a 5 hour journey from Portsmouth to great yarmouth, we had our 16 month old baby with us called the host to find out parking also codes tk gain entry to be told we shall give it to you later. Well later is not good enough as we have a baby to change and get indoors. Finally gained entry to the property it was boiling hot, only 2 toilet rolls for 4 adults 2 children 1 bin bag, sofa smelled like dog the radiator nob broken. Single glazed windows so able to hear every noise day and night no curtains or blinds in the living room, a shabby curtain in one of the bedrooms

Nothing they didnt give us our property

Our property wasn’t available and they didnt tell us until we phoned them 5 times after turning up and not being able to get in. We had to go to a different property that had less rooms and wasnt very nice or clean. There wernt enough pillows or duvets. There were no glasses and wasnt very nice.

Location was ok

WiFi was really bad, , bedrooms where like being in prison!

Spacious flat, comfortable and good value for money. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The host was friendly and helpful. Parking directly behind the property and short walk to town centre.

The flat has a washing machine which is good but no clothes airer. The main bedroom only had a cover over 1 sky light and no instructions how to close the other one. We found wrappers under the main bed while checking out and making sure nothing was left behind. Alley way from carpark and front of property could use some tidying up.
