Royal Parade Apartments

The location was great, although parking was a bit of an issue

The pictures were misleading. We got a lot less room and facilities than I was expecting. Also the keypad for the main front door wasn't working or we were given an incorrect pin number. An existing visitor had to let us in twice. I contacted the host about this during our stay but we didn't get response.

Thermostat turned off on arrival, so it took a long time to warm up.

Second time staying in these apartments, and they are fantastic. Well located in the centre of Harrogate, clean and with all amenities.

It was never above 0 degrees Celsius during our stay, the streets were covered in snow and ice and unfortunately due to the single glazed sash windows the heat escaped a lot in the apartment. We needed the second duvet in order to make it warm enough to sleep.

Parking right and I fell in a pot hole beside the car but it would not stop me going back

Great location, open plan living area and spacious bedroom with lots of natural light

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, no dishcloth or disinfectant spray, no lift and parking was very limited and only suitable for small vehicles
