Plawsworth Hall Serviced Cottages and Apartments

Absolutely home from home , everything you could need for a vacation is provided for you . Thens there’s the location, 10 mins from centre of Durham, close to both Seaburn , Northumbria. Fantastic location. My second visit to Plawsworth Hall . This time I had to ask for an extension to our stay as forward travel plans had to be cancelled due to illness, this was no trouble at all , the extension was granted immediately giving us both stability and reassurance. Thank you Plawsworth hall and can’t wait for our next visit .

Friendly host who kept me informed about check in process.

Very straightforward to meet to collect keys. Host showed flexibility. The location was perfect for us within easy reach of Durham, other areas and facilities. The complex was smart and well designed. The apartment was lovely; well-equipped, comfortable and very clean. It was more than we were expecting and worked much better than a hotel room.

Space, location and kitchen

Stayed here several time in different apartments and always a good experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Good parking on site and plentiful. No issues with a larger vehicle. Flat screen in each room and 2 bathrooms. Will always look to stay here when working in the area.

We really enjoyed our time there. Everything worked very well. Beautifully quiet and easy to find.

I couldn't work out the heating system

The host was very polite and easy going. They were patient and friendly. The house was clean and far nicer than expected. Tea and milk was available for a nice cuppa.

TV remote was a bit slow but that's honestly it.
