I loved the homemade muffins, the view (we came back here for coffee instead of a cafe as the views are better!), the space, the decor. The kitchen is well equipped and there is tea, coffee, oils, spices etc in the cupboards...even a dishwasher ! The bed was very comfortable and the shower so nice and powerful. The gardens and stream are so pretty, the fact that we can just walk up the garden and go straight onto signed walks is amazing. The hosts are warm and welcoming with advice on what's available locally too.

We should have stayed longer 😀

The owners meet my wife and myself at check in and were extremely friendly and informative of our lodgings and of local area/amenities. My wife was over the moon with the beautiful personal touch of a hand written welcome not and home baked chocolate muffins 😋 within the property. Would highly recommend 👌.

Gorgeous house in an amazing location, well connected to the village and the attractions. And such lovely hosts!

Honestly the place is great the upper floor is a little creaky just in case you're really sensitive to noise but it's just a tiny thing for a great accommodation

Beautiful views over the lake; lovely and warm during a colder evening; great location for a lake side run and walk. Comfortable and cozy, and hosts made a great effort to be respectful of privacy, and incredibly helpful when needed.

Everything was just great! From the beginning when we were welcomed by the owners it was lovely. Mo told us about all the things we could do and where we could eat. The lodge was amazing! It was comfortable, clean, spacious, but most importantly, the view from the lodge was fabulous!

"Overall a lovely stay that could've gone on for much longer"

The Landscapes around us were almost out of this earth and the accommodation had everything we could ask for. The hosts were super friendly, brought us delicious self-made muffins on arrival and gave us tips on the surrounding areas as well as recommendations for restaurants or hiking spots.
