"The most amazing and fantastic stay for myself and my family"

This was by far the best places I have ever stayed the hosts were amazing it was right by the beach and not far from scarfell pike which is an amazing climb it’s on a live farm so listening to the cows and seeing the other animals was very fun.it has a closed off garden so amazing for kids and dogs and just overall amazing cottage to spend some time away

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer

Check in with the owners' daughter, who was very friendly and helpful... A really smooth, quick process. The property itself felt like coming home. Everything you could ever need was there and it was so spacious, more so than the pictures show. Hot tub absolutely lovely. Massive beds. We will definitely return and would recommend The Old Farmhouse very strongly!

Nice comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen

Hous attached to the barn with cows, the smell did not allowed us to stay in the garden. We were not allowed to use hot bath tab after 9.30pm, we were not allowed to listen to the music during the day, although the neighbours were not at home.
