Very spacious flat. Very clean and comfortable.

Suction mat for the over bath shower would have been good.

The host was often not communicative and I am still trying to fight for a refund of a night I got charged extra for.

The location was great. We stayed for 2 weeks and were able to get everywhere we needed. Easy to use bus systems to get into Oxford or take a long walk into town. As a family of 4 we appreciated the bedrooms and kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

Communication when we had questions was not great. Never received responses unless I asked more than once. Supplies were brought several days after I had asked, but we were never told they would be. Still did not receive additional towels when requested or a response regarding a left item that was very important to my daughter. Neighbor noise from upstairs was quite noisy. The furniture leaves a lot to be desired. There is a sofa in one of the rooms that looks torn apart by a cat and the one supplied fan had mold growing on it. The place is in desperate need of pictures on the wall, towel hooks, toilet paper holders and the door blocking the fridge was incredibly annoying after awhile. I don't know why they don't just take that door off.

Clean comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed

Very easy to get in and out of Oxford City Centre on the bus. Stop right at the end of the road. Nice quiet area. Comfortable property with outside area. Overall very good. Would stay again.

Windows need curtains. Blinds alone did not keep the summer light out. Rails there so assume that maybe they had been taken down for cleaning. Washing machine switch labelled as dishwasher which created a little confusion but easily resolved.

The property was immaculate, looked like it had recently been refurnished. The location was close to the bus stop so access to the city centre was easy. Takeaways and a corner shop were a five minute walk.

Not a lot to really. Shower pressure was a bit weak but everything else was good.

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. It is quiet at night and I felt safe walking around during the day. There are some very good restaurants and coffee 1/2 mi to 1 mi away.
