The sofa is very uncomfortable for sitting on in front of the TV

Easy access by road to Ascot and Windsor itself. Private parking. Well appointed with all necessary equipment needed in kitchen apart from an ice tray ( we stayed when temperatures were 30 degrees!) , which the cleaner sourced for us on request.

Not much really except be aware that it is on the flight path to Heathrow - we needed the windows open due to the temperatures (although fans were provided) - but the planes start around 5.30am, so noisy to say the least. However, that’s not the fault of the property.

The property was very clean and spacious. There were also nice touches made such as providing of milk and bread when we arrived. The property ended up being in a better location than we even imagined. You are less than a mile from Windsor Castle and downtown Windsor. Plenty of stores, shops and restaurants with an a 10 minute walk. The balcony attached to the master bedroom was also a pleasant bonus.

Very well appointed little flat. Clean

Not a place to stay in the summer. Very hot and no AC; only 1 fan in one bedroom and one in the sitting area. The toilet on the first level did not work. I notified the host and got no response It was somewhat inconvenient to have to go up a small flight of stairs every time the person in the first floor bedroom had to use the restroom.

Great location - only a short walk into Windsor and a taxi ride to Ascot where we attended Royal Ascot
