"Great location, clean and roomy."

Location was great. Little welcome package was nice and suite was clean and very comfortable.

The only thing was , there wasn’t enough toilet paper and the laundry soap was empty so we bought both and left it for the next guests. The big thing was that instructions for North Americans on how to turn on heat or towel rack and especially how to make the refrigerator work were sorely lacking. Including labels for the switches and directions on turning on the refrigerator would be very handy.

Overall super happy with it! Free parking space, close to the town and castle in walking distance, apartment bright, clean with heating and AC, kitchen has everything needed! Staff is super friendly and helpful!

there are two quilts that are smelly, it smell like sweating…hope this could be solved. The cover is clean and washed but the quilt inside smells bad

This apartment was absolutely perfect for a short stay to visit Windsor and Lego land. The instructions from Tim were spot on and the amenities within the apartment were great. As a family with 2 small boys, we would highly recommend this places

"Very nice apartment near Windsor"

Lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment. Kitchen was especially good.

The back entrance was not maintained properly. The shower regulator for hot/cold water was very difficult to turn.
