LS1 - Luxury City Centre Apartments Leeds

Kaiser suite is a great apartment, we had no issues with noise so the soundproofing must be good, location is great and any staff we interacted with were lovely!

Small issues - the toilet flush panel in one of the toilets falls off the wall (not a big deal), and the other toilet the door gets stuck if you shut it fully which was dangerous as our friend got locked in and we had to get the toilet door open with a knife They said that we lost a key which we left in the apartment because the cleaner couldn’t find it - we’re happy to accept this as we didn’t leave it in the correct place - however it took them 2 weeks to return the damage deposit because they were busy and took a long time to get the replacement key cost. However the charge they kept was only £15 for the key which is very fair.

The location is good but horrid and loud at night

It was unclean, the wifi didn’t work all week, I stood on a pin in the bathroom and there was a strong paint smell all week that made me feel nauseous

Lovely apartment but all the blinds didn’t work.

The location was good. The staff were quick to try and resolve issues by sending someone back to clean up when we arrived and I messaged about the state of the place due to worries of losing my security despoisit if it was believed we left it in that state.

The place was filthy. Mess all over the floor when we arrived, like work had been done and not cleaned up. There were hairs in one of the sinks, not just a small amount. Like someone had a shave and hair just left there, very noticeable so clearly not cleaned. Every surface was covered in dust. As much as someone came back and "cleaned" the sink and floor, it was still a very poor standard and was disrupting our time / stay so we didnt say anything further. Would have taken a good couple of hour to get the place to an acceptable level of cleanliness.

Lovely apartment, fabulous kitchen, lots of space, very close to city center, city hall, dining, etc.

Registration process is complicated, upload of identity card and sensitive information is mandatory - why? Really annoying.

One of the blinds was broken, the table in the living room was wobbly so you couldn't eat off of it and the bin was broken

Location was excellent, modern decor, clean and comfortable.
