Beautiful accommodation in excellent location, right on the sea front. Warm and cosy and very comfortable beds. Great amount of space for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). Off street parking a great bonus-car not needed as so close to beach and town centre.

Couldn't work the large oven. Bit tricky to open the key lock box.

Great location! Beautiful view. Great laundry facilities, Edinburgh Monopoly was great

- We were given the wrong code for the lock box. Then sat outside in the rain for 30 minutes waiting for a response with the correct code. We tried phoning. No one answered either the office line or the after hours line. - There were TWO dried urine spots on the twin duvet. There was an odor, so had not been washed. Duvet cover was clean with no stains. This is unsanitary, gross, and unacceptable. - We did not know there would be upstairs neighbors. - There was old dried food and other items under the couch and ottoman; Showing it had not been properly cleaned. - We were not informed of upstairs neighbors. - Beautiful clocks. None of them worked.

Beautiful property, beach view, very quiet, recently renovated. Easy comms with hosting company.

Only gap was that the property was almost completely lacking perishables - not even salt/sugar, let alone tea or anything of the sort. Not a major issue by any means, but it could've made things even easier.
