"Good location. But needs maintenance"

The location was good..

Couches vinyl badly peeling off. Pedestal fan not working in living area. Towell heater not working in ensuite. Beds very uncomfortable. Matreses need replacing. Kick board i kitchen kept slamming onto floor all the clips are broken. Dishwasher racks badly rusted..racks need replacing. Windows frames all dusty.

appartement très bien agencé. Très bien équipé. Tout est prévu. Cafetière top et dosettes à disposition Bon emplacement proche du centre, accès facile.

Plus de couverts serait nécessaire. casseroles en mauvais état. Odeur désagréable de la moquette dans le couloir commun. changement à l'arrivée de l'appartement initialement réservé (appartement 25) pour le 23 sans explication.

"Ok in a pinch for a very short stay, but we would never return."

It was convenient to the Ocean Terminal

Seating was not comfortable in the living area (couch springs seemed to be broken). Floor and dining chairs in the kitchen and surrounding area were not clean and we had to vacuum up the crumbs and debris. The king size bed is in the smaller of the two bedrooms and was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. There is no air conditioning but fans are provided, however you have to leave the windows open and the street noise is unbearable with vehicles and people on the road/sidewalk well into the wee hours of the morning. The apartment is not in a very desirable area with many unhomed.

"Un buen apartamento, completo, limpio y bien ubicado."

El apartamento está muy bien equipado. Limpio y con una ubicación perfecta para recorrer la ciudad a pie. Además, tienes la posibilidad de preparae tu propio café Costa, que es de agradecer.

Aunque hay ventiladores, es necesario plantearse la instalación de aire acondicionado, ya que el piso es caliente en agosto.
