Perfect in every way, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Location was ok, a lovely beach to walk into Filey. I guess being at the start of the season you could expect some facilities to be closed but that didn't really bother us. On site pub a little expensive for what it was.

The apartment was quite rough around the edges. WiFi did not work on arrival, but was sorted. Insufficient glasses and a bit of a cutlery mish mash. Decor tired, it's in need of painting and a cosmetic face-lift. Under the sofa bed was appalling. Food and rubbish left uncleaned. Perhaps not the owners day to day responsibility, but if you rely on your cleaners to do a thorough job, they aren't. Bin lid was broken on arrival. Not one we would revisit. I have a video but can't post it.

Great location. Comfortable apartment. Stayed here before.

Apartment needs refreshing since our last visit. TV in bedroom only a few channels to watch. Information to use fire stick didn’t work in lounge.Pans had broken handles

sofa little uncomfortable but appreciate that's the joys of a sofa bed

The apartment was very homely, in a lovely location and clean. The hosts were easily contactable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend and would visit again.
