Four double beds, in their own rooms (very rare). Free parking 🅿 Location is superb. Tea, coffee and fresh milk when we arrived (nice touch).

This apartment isn't as high quality as some I've stopped in. But still of a very good standard.

Lack of storage space hanging drawers etc no shelf in bathroom sleeps 12 is OK for short stays not for a week with families no hand washing facilities in toilet could do with second toilet if possible

The location is fantastic. A 10 min walk but far enough away from the centre to not get any noise. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Free parking for two cars. Towels. Tom answered the phone quickly and got any issues sorted out.

Needed more essentials in the kitchen - no baking trays, colander, holed spoon (for getting poached eggs out of pan) scissors, wooden spoons, only two tiny saucepans. Just one toilet (we knew this before we booked but 4 bed properties limited in Blackpool). There were 5 adults and one child in our party. One toilet not really adequate and def would not be if 12 people stayed there, which would be a squash. Not enough seating in the living area so we struggled to watch TV together.

We brought our own breakfast stuff

There was now big sweeping brush we kept having to use a hand brush and shovel

it was functional , well laid out for a group of people.
