Its ideally located in the town of lytham close to everything we needed restaurants included.

"Stairs" only because my friend and mum struggled with them but i would bring my hubby next time .

lovely apartment, high end facilities. Beds really comfortable, right in the centre of Latham and close to bars and restaurants.

only one small negative is that the WI-FI did not work
