"A perfect little getaway"

We loved the apartment, both the way it was decorated and its location - perfect for exploring the city. The welcome tray was a lovely touch too.

Really clear instructions on how to find the property, how to get in and the parking. Nice little touch providing good quality coffee and chocolates. Good sized apartment with everything you need and close to the centre.

"Excellent accommodation in central location."

The apartment was immaculate & well equipped.The central location, combined with the on-site private multi-storey parking, makes it ideal for not just local exploring but for exploring further afield.

The apartment was very warm as it was not possible ,for security reasons,to leave windows open when out the apartment was uncomfortably warm. Mark did email me to say he wishes we had reported it at the time as they would have supplied portable air conditioning units. We have stayed in two of Mark & Emma’s apartments & they have both been of the highest quality, cannot recommend them enough, just be sure to let Mark know if you need air conditioning 😉

"Thoroughoy enjoyed the stay and would stay again!"

Had all the necessary amenities for a weekend stay. A spacious studio with a separate seating and lounge area. Clean and well furnished.

Became very warm during the night with no ability to turn the thermostat down (small fan unit was provided though). Be mindful when opening the windows, it opens out on to a walkway!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very stylish and clean with everything we needed supplied. Very attentive hosts, made parking and arrival a lot easier.

The apartment was very hot however there was a fan provided which we used to help this. The bed has a gap at the top where the pillows unfortunately slip down, this and the heat made sleeping a little difficult however this is personal preference. A plug closer to the dressing table would also be useful, however overall we loved our stay.

"A fantastic apartment from which to enjoy a short break in York."

Everything was fantastic, excellent hosts, brilliant location, very central for all the attractions. Lots of lovely personal touches such as welcoming tea and coffee and chocolates.

The bed was on the small side and not that comfortable. The only fault in an otherwise outstanding apartment.
